April 29 Studio Workshop
Hooking in a Post Impressionist Style
Students in this class will explore the use of color and values to hook a motif based on a post-impressionistic style. This is a style of artists of the late 1800’s. This era included the artists, Van Gogh and Cezanne. We will hook in a smaller cut to show that while the art was produced with large brush strokes this can be translated to any size cut.
